 4 Will the broker offer not less than  2.5% commission to the buyers broker in MLS.  
 5 If your broker offers less than 2.5% commission in MLS, your property will get less showings.  
 6 Who is responsible for buyers brokers commission.  
 7 If your property is not listed in MLS, you are missing the most important advertising component.  
 8 Does your broker return calls in time to other brokers.  
 9. Will the broker advertise your property on the internet.
